Major technical issue and loss of dataDear all,
As reported by some of our members, we have lost some invoices submitted by our members. This was not due to any hacking or any external involvement but was purely a technical issue on our side.
I have restored the lost data from our previous backup which was 24 hours old. Any invoices submitted in last 24 hours may not be restored since they are not part of the backup and unfortunately, those are lost permanently.
I request you all to check your invoices and see if they are there. If your recent invoice submitted in last 24~48 hours is missing, please re-submit them.
