my answer is:

The largest pyramid is The pyramid of Cheops in Egypt.

Explination is as follows
-------------------------
The pyramid of Cheops is the largest pyramid in Egypt.

Previously it was estimated that it consisted of 2.3 million limestone blocks, but a recent project by the Supreme Council for Antiquities in Egypt estimates only one million stones were used.

The majority of blocks weigh 2-5 tons; some weigh 15 tons. The granite blocks inside the burial chamber weigh 50 tons.

The original height of the pyramid was 146 meters; today it is 137 meters high.
The decrease in height is because the outer casing is missing.

Archaeologists have apparently begun to unearth a massive pyramid which had been masquerading as a hill in the Bosnian town of Visoko.

At an estimated 722ft in height, it is expected to be 1/3 taller than Egypt's Great Pyramid of Giza.

he Great Pyramid of Khufu or Cheops (2680 B.C.) was designated one of the Seven Wonders of the World and is the largest pyramid ever built in Giza, near Cairo.

Khufu (pronounced khoofoo or Cheops kops), fl. c.2680 B.C., king of ancient Egypt, founder of the IV dynasty is buried here. He was king for 23 years and was famous as the builder of the greatest pyramid at Giza.

The height of the Great Pyramid of Khufu/Cheops was originally about 480 feet at the centre (measuring straight down from the top through the pyramid to the point directly below it). A small portion of the top was removed in the 14th century and it is now 460 feet high.

Although not as tall as the one in Egypt, the world's largest
pyramid (i.e. largest in area) is in Cholula de Rivadabia, Mexico.
This pyramid, topping out at 177 feet and covering 45 acres, is
dedicated to the Aztec deity, Quetzalcoatl. The Great White Pyramid
in Xian, China is more than 5000 years old and is the tomb of the
first Emperess of China, Quain Lin used to be considered as the
largest pyramid structure. According to Guinness World Records,
the Pyramid of Kululkan/Quetzalcoatl in Mexico was considered
larger than The Great Pyramid when it was originally built, it
was however, destroyed.
