How to select two words at the same time in web browsers like chrome, opera etcetera?

I know how to select two words at the same time in Microsoft word, and that is by selecting the first word and then pressing the ctrl button and selecting the other word and after the words get selected press ctrl+c to copy and paste by ctrl+v wherever we want. But I don't know how to select it in web browser I try to find it in internet but there are no articles about it, so is there anyone who know the answer, please explain me, how to do it.

This seems to be a technical question and it is better to shift the same in the Ask Experts section so that those who are well versed with the answer may append the same there.
