Tip for converting case in Microsoft Word




For users struggling to do case conversions in Microsoft Word, here is a simple but powerful tip. For example, in a large document, when you want to do some case conversions to UPPER CASE LETTERS, lower letters, or Upper-Lower letters, perform the following steps. First, select the text. Next, use the key combination of Shift and F3, to convert the text in the format you want

Previously, we worked hard and took much time to format the document in the colleges.
once i known all these shortcuts .
the time to complete is reduced.
At the college days ,i shared this short cuts to all other students in the class.
This was a great feeling.
