I got the same problem .I have not been able to post any answers in yahoo for three weeks because of error 999.I was informed by a friend of mine that sometimes when you post lot of answers in yahoo, they suspect of it being spam and takes some time to verify it.He said it usually takes them some time to confirm it after which you will be able to answer again.

When you post answers in yahoo containing link to any page in this website you get paid by this site.You type the same url that you provided in your answer in the second box . After submitting the answer copy the url of the page in which your answers appear and submit it in www.india studychannel.com/links .All the best
