Is it fair on the part of Mozilla too seek donations from users for browser's survival ?In the recent past I have shifted my preference from Chrome to Mozilla and using the browser for all my needs. But they have been seeking donations from the users from minimum three dollar and so on with monthly basis commitment. If the company is not running in profit, its better to close down but by asking donations from the users, the company is putting awkward position and this may also cause the much damage as many would shift to other browsers. What is your view on this. If the browser is unable to compete or challenge others in the field, it is better to close down and not to bother users ?
