Do the Tele-vision channels show us the right visions

TV or tele vision, like the telephone or telepathy has the prefix 'tele'to the word 'vision'. It means that it brings the sights from a distance to us. That means sitting at a place we can see what happens in places very long distant from us.
But here, the question is: are the sights brought to us the right visions?

Having been a viewer of various TV channels airing 'new', I have come to a conclusion that many of them take the meaning of the word vision as 'imagine'. That meaning also is permitted as per dictionary.
So it is time to think and set right things. What is telecast in TV channels are not the right visions and tele-vision is not really about seeing the future properly.

The author made a useful submission through this great Tow topic and really its is the matter of concern for every parent as the quality of television serials have gone bad to worse. Only yesterday in the Naamkaran serial telecast on Star plus, the elderly women who happens to be the Saas of the character in disguise kills the Bahu in a daring act entering the ICU section of the hospital and thus this kind of scenes get lots of mental disturbance to the viewing public that the director of the serial is actually supporting the cause of Saas against the Bahu and thus such serials must be banned.

Television serials are aired for tele-exploitation of viewers who are lazy and have nothing better to do than to burn the wick of their life by watching such shows.
Let us encourage each other in sharing knowledge.

Hmm, but you can't deny that it is the best media. It is quite popular and within reach of everyone. And when a thing's that good, people are going to misuse it and exploit it.
But do we really have a choice? Can media be trusted? We all know that the news we receive is faked to some extent. But what else can we do? We either get adulterated news or no news at all.
No media is free from adulteration. Internet, newspapers, radio channels, TV.., etc. all air adulterated news. It is upto individual whether he accepts it or not.
So, yes, TV is "doordarshan" and door ki cheez hamesha dhundhli hi nazar aathi hai!
That translates to- things far away can only be blur. It is upto you to sculpt the true matter out of mirages.

The stronger a light shines the darker are the shadows around it.
