here are the symptoms of heart attack

pain or heaviness in both arms
choking sensation
pain in the jaw
uneasiness in the chest
burning in the chest
unexplained sweating
pain in the chest which radiates into right or left arm
heaviness in the chest or upper abdomen
pain in the left side of the chest
discomfort in the center of the chest

if u have these symptoms better to take ECG and consult cardiologist.
