i thought you have lost your ad sense account because of your own clicks on ad
better change mail id in profile and apply for ad sense with new gmail id don't click on your own ads

Mohan,
I looked at your account. Everything looks OK. Only certain things like "AdSense For Search" etc looks "un available". That is because we do not use AdSense For Search here.
