First of all it is not Brain 'Teasures', it is Brain 'Teasers'. Now,I'll try to answer few of them:-

7. If the man has a widow, that means he himself is dead. How can he marry someone?

Funny Answer for 10: If suppose that man is dead, and you want to bury him in Mumbai, You can't do that because 'Shiv Sainiks' won't let you do that. :-))
