My age : 10x+y Son age : 10y+x
so 10x+y = 10y+x 10x+y-1 = 2(10y+x-1) x = (19y-1)/8
for y=3 (19y-1) is completely divisible by 8 so x = 7
So my present age : 10*7+3 = 73 son's age : 10*3+7 = 37

The formula to find the angle between hour hand and min hand is :
suppose hour is represented as H and minutes is represented as M then the formula is Angle = 30 H -11/2M

Answer of Question 1:
Angle = 6M -(30H+M/2)
where M=minute and H=hour.
if you get a negative angle it simply means that the hour hand is ahead of th minute hand.

Now the aNSWER FOR THE 2nd Question
As the good Explination Given by the Barath:
My age : 10x+y Son age : 10y+x
so 10x+y = 10y+x 10x+y-1 = 2(10y+x-1) x = (19y-1)/8
for y=3 (19y-1) is completely divisible by 8 so x = 7
