There is no iota of doubt. Kashmir is the integral part of India and we are all bound to protect it from external aggression. Over the recent past the terrorism has taken its ugly head and tried to showcase to the world that Kashmir is gone from the clutches of India reigns. But thanks to our new Army Chief and his fore sighted thoughts to safe guard the interest of the Kashmir. Now Indian army is determined to weed out terrorists who are having sympathizers within our country and the Army and Kashmir Police has warned the local youth to keep away from terrorism or abetting them or else face the consequence. Now some definite solution is on sight.

Not only Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, but also Pak-occupied Kashmir and FANA (Federally Administered Northern Area, i.e., Gilgit-Baltisthan) are integral part of India. We must get these precious areas back. Necessary steps are required to be taken for this purpose.

Our External affair Minister has made it clear at U.N, Kashmir is an integral part of India and it will remain an integral part of India. No one can take it away by force.Kashmir is an integral part of India. Although different terrorist groups try to misguide the youth of Kashmir ,but they have to pay for it.Pakistan has also faced terrorists' attacked .Now it should understand terrorists don't leave their brothers and sisters.Pakistan don't understand the language of bi-lateral talk, then we have only one solution to fight and defeat it.

The solution is right before us.
Neither India nor Pakistan treats Kashmir better. The discontent is raising in an average Kashmiri's heart. Kashmiris never got to rule themselves.
Oppression of free speech and violation of human rights in Pakistan occupied Kashmir and frequent rapes and random killings made by indian security forces .
I think Jammu and Kashmir must be made as a country.
It can be a permanent ally of both India and Pakistan. This would lead to rapid development.
And the disputes will be settled forever too.

Mr.Aditya Mohan: You are thinking like Maharaja Hari Singh. Read what happened in 1948. Liberalism doesn't always work-especially with the barbarians.

When India has all the might and right, why should we compromise on Kashmir. Our PM is posted of the developments in that state and just waiting for the elections to be over in the five states. Surely breathtaking efforts would be initiated by government surprising even UN.

Kashmir is an integral part of the India. There should not be any doubt. Pakistan raising the issue unnecessarily to the UN and India has strong objection on that. Kashmir will progress only with India. In our constitution article 370 has given special autonomous status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan is well aware of this fact and trying to disturb the political and peaceful situation in the Kashmir with false propaganda.

Those who think that Kashmir should be independent or Kashmir is a part of Pakistan, does not know even a bit of history. As per the agreement, the kings/nawabs of the kingdoms were required to decide whether they want to join India, join Pakistanor to remain independent. Maharaja Hari Singh, last ruler of Kashmir, signed Treaty of Accession in favour of India. His move was supported by Sheikh Abdullah, the then popular leader of Kashmir.

So, there is no question of granting independence status to Kashmiris. Its accession to India is perfectly legal.
