MLA's must seek public opinion of their constituency before they give their vote in Assembly

Tamil Nadu assembly is being convened today to test the majority of the Palaniswamy government. Governor Vidyasagar Rao gave him 15 days time to prove the majority but the new CM does not want to waste time and convened the assembly to prove. What I feel that every MLA should have gone to their respective constituencies and sought the views of their voters as to what should be done. Because the voter have voted a particular MLA to power and he should not take decision detrimental to voters wish. What is your say ?
