How to de-index deleted threads from Google of ISC?

Some Editor may be deleting the threads from ISC but how they will delete threads from Google index. Because Google already indexed them.

    Example type this on google
    1) best mba programs in raipur indiastudychannel.com
you will see this page of ISC
    http://www.indiastudychannel.com/forum/150782-best-mba-programs-in-Raipur.aspx

    2) We're looking for kidney donors indiastudychannel.com
you will see this page of ISC
    http://www.indiastudychannel.com/forum/150781-Were-looking-for-kidney-donors.aspx

Also, if you think you can't see what was written on deleted threads. You just click on cached button on Google and see what was the thread actually. Also, deletion means completed removal of thread with url structure.

    Thanks

If the deleted post involves any serious violation that required to be deleted from everywhere, we would contact Google and get it removed from their index immediately. In normal cases like the thread mentioned above, we will delete from our side and Google will remove it from their index when they later re-crawl the site.
