A Government school with special activity in our Tamilnadu

Many people speaking well but failed in action. To this contrary the teachers of Government Middle school of Kinaththuppatti, Ayyalur, Tamilnadu grown nearly 150 trees in the school compound in spite of heavy water scarcity in their area. The school HM, P.Siva Selvi told that the school was started as Primary one in the year 2002 and within a short period it became a Middle school, the students were advised to maintain and nourish and not to break branches of the trees, plants, not only within the school campus but also in the whole village. The students poured the remaining water from their water bottle while returning to their homes, into a drum and they used the water for the trees and plants. Besides this, the students washed their plates and tiffin boxes after their lunch by terming a tree per day. This school becomes a model for planting the trees and saving water resource and because of this action of the school the students also maintaining their character well.

Wow glowing tributes and hats off to the students and teachers of Government Middle school of Kinaththuppatti, Ayyalur, Tamilnadu for thinking differently and helping to maintain the ecological balance and bringing in more greenery to their own school premises and also to their village by planting more trees which are now grown up big. What moved me the fact that the students shared their left over drinking water in the bottle and transferred them in the drum and that was used to nurture the parents. From this every one must learn the lesson that merely planting trees are not enough, we must also know the ways to nurture and make it big. Thanks for that effort.
