A Pre-primary teacher has over 18 years experience but not graduate. Will she get best offers ?Teaching to pre-Primary section is the great art and not every teacher is accustomed nor have tasted success. But some teachers are really doing well in this profession but they are not paid as per their experience so far. So in order to get some good prospects if the same teacher applies for job in other established schools, they insist for graduation and other qualification and even if a teacher has 18 years or more experience in the field may not be considered. Should she be singled out by denying job just because she failed to complete the graduation for personal reasons ?
