Steps to be followed before going to sleepThe following steps to be followed when going to sleep daily in night.
• Washing the face is good one that too with warm water is good and scrubbing the face hardly with pressure to be avoided as the oily contents gets possibly removed.
• If done any make up, it should be removed with necessary remover and then face washing to be done.
• Never go to sleep with wet hair on any account
• Hairs to be tied loosely before going to sleep.
• Daily try to sleep at least six to eight hours to avoid the black marks under the eyes.
