    Steps to be followed before going to sleep

    The following steps to be followed when going to sleep daily in night.

    • Washing the face is good one that too with warm water is good and scrubbing the face hardly with pressure to be avoided as the oily contents gets possibly removed.
    • If done any make up, it should be removed with necessary remover and then face washing to be done.
    • Never go to sleep with wet hair on any account
    • Hairs to be tied loosely before going to sleep.
    • Daily try to sleep at least six to eight hours to avoid the black marks under the eyes.

    Don't have a head bath before you go to bed.
    Eat at least 2 hours before you sleep.
    Don't sleep more than eight hours
    Go to bed early and get up early. Don't hang around till midnight.
    Pray god before you sleep for whatever he has given you that day.
    Don't keep your cell phone near your head or under the pillow.

    Good to read some great tips on how to follow the rules before going to sleep and in this regard I wish to add that after getting up from sleep drink at least one bottle full of water before even going for the brushing the teach. The toxic presence in our body would washed away and we would get cleared stomach early in the morning and thus there no way of upset stomach during the day and it will be peaceful life. And those who have shorter sleep in delay in sleeping daily either in the name of late night parties or seeing second shows, their health would deteriorate for want of good sleep.
