Writing to many entrance exams, will that lead to success in at least one ?

Those who are studying Intermediate exam or class 12th, its a hell time for the student to pursue and write so many entrance exams including their own annual exams. Normally students get tensed with the word of exam itself and if so many exams are lined up in sequence, what would be the preparatory mode of the student ? And more over every entrance exam which are national and state level, the pattern is different and the preparation needs to be in different yard stick. In that case will there be success in all or at least in one such exams ?

Time table plays significant role when student's has to appear for more than three entrance exams. Under such situation, the consequences of maintaining the percentage of success rate becomes very difficult because time is their greatest feo.

Many students can make it if they work hard.

John take for example, the NEET exam which is all India entrance for Medical aspirants and surely the questions are high set by CBSE, then EAMCET, the TS government conducts exam for agricultural entrance, third the AIIMS, being conducted for AIIMS medical aspirants. All the three have different mode of education and preparations are also different ?
