Be present and enjoy the life

Gone is the past and coming is the future and we are in present. Many of us having a habit of worrying about the past and thinking about the future. In this course we are missing the present even though we are in present.
Yesterday has already gone and it is a memory only. We can't change it or edit it. Tomorrow is future. Very uncertain. What happens we don't. Worrying about an unknown thing is a waste.
But we are in present. Whatever we can do we can do now. We can eat, we can dance and we can fly. So be in the present and do whatever you like and make your life a memorable one and full of joy and happy.

By enjoying the present moment, tomorrow, your today will be a memorable past.
    So guys enjoy your life.

Well said and well narrated. This life is full of problems, obstacles, challenges and struggles. These things are a part of life they will be there and are inevitable.

Only thing is do your duty but do not be unnecessary worried and feel troubled. Nothing is in our hands things will take turn in mysterious ways not foreseen by us not pre perceived by us.

Forget the past but use the lessons learnt, do not dream for future just be prepared for it and enjoy the present because only present is in our hands and if we do not enjoy it, it will also slip from our hands and will be a part of the past.

    Knowledge is power.

Good sir. As the present only we have to rely, present, the gift what we are giving to others on special occasions,is the gift to us from God,we have to utilise fully and if pass over, loss is to us only.

When we came to world we have nothing in hand so on going back nothing to loss. As per my point of view in life there is no gain no loss. Empty hand come and go its only upon us how we think on gain and loss.

Nice thoughts from the author. We have been invariably have the habit of digging the past for our failures to notice the impending danger and keep on probing the things which were out of our bounds and control. What is the use of rewinding the past to which we cannot take any remedial action except to note that it should not happen in future. And again future cannot be predicted as we are not sure about the next minute what is going to happen. So the present is the happening situation for any one as we can not only feel the essence of life and cherish the good and bad moments without any delay.

We cannot ignore our past. It is our post nourishment that we are now at this present. However we should not allow our past to be a drag on our present and future, if our present is right.
The traditional Indian concept of 'punarjanma and Karma phala' considers past as a relevant and significance o present also. However it has very aptly covered the past by the forgetfulness or ' maaya ' so that we do not remember anything about our past.

So what we should know is that if the past can help us make our present and future bright and brighter and right and correct, then we should learn from our past. But if we are sure our past will spoil our right present, and will prevent from making our future bright and right, then we should forget and erase SUCH PAST from our memory.

Every person should enjoy his or her life as only a person who has experienced bad experiences can appreciate the beautiful life.
For example : A person who is seriously ill and thinks he will die but heals, this man will appreciate every moment he lives after that.

Remain in the present but remember the past and be prepared for the future so that each moment you pass gets some value added to it; I think I would prefer to put it that way. Thinking about the past or worrying about the future does not actually help unless you are able to put them into positive use today. So, the author is in a way correct in his assessment that it is today, or to go further, the moment we are in that actually matter. Such thoughts and calculations may differ in certain situations but if taken in its totality, it is the moment you are in that can make the difference and so one should make the best use of it.
