Hi Jose and Tony,
In college section, there are separate columns for Address, City, State, Phone Number 1, Phone Number 2, Email, Home Page, University, etc.,
Along with these, it will be better if there is a separate column for Fax.

I hope insted Of Fax No, They Have Added teh Column, Phone2 ,
So What i Do is in Phone2 Column, i am typing FAX: , Then The No, Beacuse of the Workload our Admins had we can Still Do the same, Till they Edit the Page,

Hi Saranya,
We will think of it. We are also planning to make some other changes also. Now most of the college details members are not entering the data correctly. Some columns are left blank. In future you have to provide all details other wise you can't submit the college details.
