It is not very good for a man to just look at the beauty of a man alone in his selection of a woman for marriage. The best criteria to use is the character of the woman in question as it relate to your family, her attitude to material things are the yard sticks or clue so to say for you to select a woman that will stay with you even when things went sour. Not those ones that are after you achievement and when it is a little shake up they will find their level.
Think deep before choosing a lady for marriage because that is your future.

if you want to know a girl's character you should really experience the worth of her.You should really know what a girl likes or her inner character rather than her outside world.
anyways i can suggest a girl who should have the following qualities if you had been my brother i would select a girl who is
very friendly
naughty
affectionate
caring for the entire family
takes right on all in the family
lovable
should understand the inner feelings of you and be a support to you in all ways
should be a wife a the time of all family members merging
should be a friend during sorrow and wipe off the worry in a flash of second just as a friend does
should be a mother when you are commiting a mistake and cahng you

hi. In my opinion a boy/girl both have some qualities and some faults too. But if we love him/her then we should not matter for his/her faults but still in choosing a girl for marriage five most important things are as follows :
1. Good Character because character is everything.
2. Good at heart though not beautiful because beauty is momentary.
3. Giving respect to elders.
4. Loving and caring
5. Remains always with you in all sorrows and happiness of life.
and most important is that she should be understanding and you should also understand her. Then see what would be your life with her "A happy married life with no fightings and arguments."

My openion...while selecting a girl we should look for a girl who is Good nature ,compromising nature,and will not fight for any thing .Companionship as well as moral values. We want in her Carring, oving, sharing,, are the moral thing. Cooking, grroming, good looking are essentials.

You can't judge a person by simply asking some questions or having a look for few hours. True colors of a person will always come out when you start sharing your day to day life with him or her.
Preliminary what you can do is check out for her family and educational background. Go out with her a couple of times and try to know about her passion and interests, her desires. More you talk more you will come to know whether you are compatible with her or not.
Out beauty will give you joy for a day or two but inner beauty will always be there.

Marriage is one of the most important event in life & life partner is extremely important.I have seen people whose life has changed totally after marriage.
While selecting a girl,one should see following aspects
1)good character- no compromise
2)healthy body -no compromise
3)LOOks- if a girl is beautiful,that is a plus point .As beautiful girls will always feel more confident in life & husband will also feel happy to have a beautiful wife
4)Education- her education level & boy's education should match.This gives rise to similar manner of thinking in most of the aspects of life & avoids day to day life problems.Educated people also understand each other in a better way.Educated girl will also take care of children properly & will see that get proper education
5)Educated girl will not be dependent on husband for small small things like-going to market,shoppings , etc.She can take care of in-laws if sudden health problem,emergency arises, she can admit them in a hospital.All these things are important nowadays as husband may not be able to stay with wife & parents due to location of his job,business,etc
6)Girl should not have any addiction.This is important nowadays as many young girls do smoke & consume beer/alcohol
7)She should be smart,should have good decision making ability
8)She should know the value of money & should not spend lavishly
9)should be polite & have +ve attitude
10)should have self-confidence & self-respect
11)should have a good family background
12)If she is having a job,that is an additional advantage
Ideally one should spend some time with the girl so that one can understand her expectations.

Selecting a girl for marriage is really a very tough task because it is not a question of few hours or few days or few years.It is a matter of your whole life.I cannot suggest you about the right choice.Even none can suggest you up to the mark.What I would say would be just my opinion which is guided by my expectations and my experiences in life.All the persons has own ideal images in this forum and they all are reflecting those images in their writings.Even the generalizations which are common in most peoples` priority in selecting a life partner;may not suit you.So,my sincere advice is ;ask yourself,you would get the real answer.
