Don't stop till you attain your goal.Arise, awake, and stop not till the goal is reached is a sloka of Katha Upanishad. This sloka was made famous by Swami Vivekananda.
In the Mahabaratha, the human beings are divided into three types. The first type is those who never start working thinking that the task is very difficult. These are very low-grade people, it says. The second type will start working on the task but in between, they give it up as they cannot put in enough effort. They are medium grade people. And the third type is the people who will start the work and see that they will attain the goal. They are the top grade people.
Let us get up, get fresh and start working on our goal. Never stop the activity till we achieve the desired result. This is what this sloka from Katha Upanishad preaches. All great people belong to the third type only.
Everybody should work towards a goal and must keep working till we attain the result. This is the lesson we should learn from this sloka.
