China invented the first smart train

As Hyderabad Metropolitan rail station does not complete as it started a long back. China invented first smart train as the key points of this smart train will have no railway tracks required to run this smart train it will run through lines on the road itself. It will carry 300 passengers at a time and has three compartments.Because of having no railway tracks it is very cheap and it has sensors it can read the dimensions of the road. Can the train will work in India.Knowledgeable members, please respond to the question. What a great nation China?

First of all big thanks to those inventors in China for coming up with smart train. Why we are opting for elevated travel experience in the name of metro rail because, our roads are over used and cannot cope up with traffic. In that case how can we run the so called metro smart train in roads and lanes. That concept is not suitable for India but certainly China will get more orders from other countries, which does not want to spend on train roads and still wants to clear heavy traffic during peak hours. In India if buses are removed these smart trains be introduced , then that makes difference.

Bhushan, you may be branded as anti-national by the nationalists and they may ask you to go to China. We Indians can do anything. We have the capability and knowledge.

You know Jaya Prakash Narayanan(IAS) the Loksatta leader said there is no comparison between China and India in terms of development and Miltary forces. China is far ahead than India. You may refer youtube for the interview.China can beat the United States of America in near future

Some pieces of Information we need to know

Diego Maradona an Argentina footballer statue is there in Kolkata. You know Mohammed Ali Zinna the founder of Pakistan a street name in Guntur Andhra Pradesh (Jinnah Tower).Even the rail compartments which we are about to sit in Hyderabad Metropolitan rail is made in China. I do n't think so India has a capability do anything a lot of people know this.Even some of the newspaper from India and social websites had said 'China and India have no comparison in terms of development or military forces'

We all have the freedom to express our thoughts and facts. It is a fact that China is one of the super power country and has developed and advanced technologically in many ways. Yes. China is greater than India by its size, population and development. There is no comparison between India and China. China is far superior to India. We Indians need to work hard to stand with China. I would also say that China is superior than USA. China is a silent superpower.

One of the main problems that hinders the railways in India is population distribution. So the fact that China has a smart train, being the defending champion of the most Populous country, Indian government sure will be inspired.
But the roads in China are a little different. They're broader. They have highways and expressways which are integrated at the capital.
I even presume that China must have more number of roads than India because of it's proportion.
And traffic in China too is very well managed.
We can't expect the same from present day India.
Modiji promised that India will be a superpower in 2020.
Let's hope we'll have broader roads and minds to welcome smart trains in India.
But I think it will be a huge success because Indian railways is one of the largest in the world.

Mr. Aditya Mohan: You have mentioned some valid points. The rapid increasee in population, people living just beside the railway track and soft soil are major factors for slow speed of Indian trains. But not all people understand the details. They are happy to criticize everything Indian. You can find many pessimists in ISC also, who get extreme pleasure by dengrating everything Indian.

But I do admit that technologically China is little bit advanced than India-but the difference is not insurmountable.

Partha. Then there are Indians like you, who know the root of problems.
But, when government knows the limitations of Indian railway, why are the railway ministers silent about it?
With our railways, we can be the best there is.
We already have alternatives of rails, such as metro and monorails. We even have subways in India. Sooner there will be bullet and electromagnetic trains too.
We have found out that trains can survive without tracks.
So, for sure Smart Trains will be thriving in India.

China's smart train is an innovative concept, we should applaud it. It is a great concept and there is no harm in accepting that China is a great nation and all Indians would appreciate it if it doesn't disturb our peace at our borders. One of the main reasons for it's success is the high average productivity and accountability of each human employee, good mix of technology and skill with close monitoring by Government authorities.
These trains are trackless and hence run on rubberised wheels, maybe similar to our buses and lorries. Imagine this in our congested roads of India with humps, bumps, potholes, unscientific traffic turns and many users who think traffic lights are just for fun. This would be good when there are good stretches of roads like the expressway or toll paid roads which are of a standard that can be compared to be capable of handling such innovative trains.

This is a very good information. Trains without tracks. We should appreciate the innovation. These trains may be more suitable to China and other countries but it may not be suitable for India. There should be a change in the traffic rules and traffic awareness among the people should increase. The government may provide wider roads, separate roads for these trains and all required amenities. But the commuter should understand the rules and regulations. If the chance comes our two-wheeler drivers will drive their scooters and bikes in between the track. The same way the road for these smart trains will be used by others also. This mentality of the people has to change.Otherwise, these traffic problems will continue. It is good that new findings are coming that may help us in solving our problems.

Its really amazing information to know that such trains are existing especially for us as we live in a country where many places still don't have road connectivity, where still bullock carts are the methods to reach at distant places such a train seems like a distant imaginary dream.
India is progressing but way too slow as compared to China which is way to advance and fast and continues to grow with its technology as well as status in the world forums.

I would also like to state that China has not 'invented' smart train. Many other countries have developed such high-speed train with similar/same technology much before China. Example: Taiwan, Japan, France, etc.

Moreover, I don't understand the relevance of the first line of the author's thread, with the subject. The first line states: "As Hyderabad Metropolitan rail station does not complete as it started a long back.". The author may kindly explain this to me. How is Hyderabad Metropliton rail station is linked with so-called smart train of China?

world's first 'smart train' that runs on virtual tracks. Please refer https://www.ndtv.com/offbeat/worlds-first-smart-train-launched-in-china-it-runs-on-virtual-tracks-1769429.

As my intention is to tell that how far behind compare to China progress.
