    Is it WhatsApp or WhatsUp?

    Members,
I have seen members using the words WhatsApp and what's up. Which is correct?

WhatsApp is the application or the app that you use on the phone.

What's up? That is a question that you ask someone. It could signify many things - such as Hey! which is an acknowledgement or greeting. It could also mean 'how are things' or 'what's happening with you'.

Incidentally, the WhatsApp got its name from what's up. It is like checking on your friends - Hey, what's up man?

For me Whats app is the great application available on every mobile through which we convey messages, images and videos and that is whats up to the receiver of the message etc.

The author's doubt is very well cleared by Juana. I think the author is able to understand the difference. Mr Sun, How are You? What's Up? Are you using WhatsApp on mobile?
