Don't worry amit i was just like you a month ago now i have submitted my own blogs.It is pretty easy ,blog is like a personel diary which you can either choose to keep it to yourself or let others view it.You just have to go to www.blogger.com,there you can either use your google account or create a new one.After you have created an account there ,you can write anything you want to write and post it .This website offers you money if you write blogs based on topics given by them.After writing the blog on the topic given by this website ,submit the URL in www.indiastudychannel.com/links.Within few weeks your blog would be approved and you will receive cash awards.All the best.

You can use any ID you want amit that's not a problem at all.I will give you the link to the post which contains the topic for the blogs.They change the topic regularly ,so keep checking it.

One more thing you can earn money through your blogs useing adsense program .After logging to your account in blogger website, check out the option in the right side of your dash board for the option adsense.That would give you the required information .

And Amit you need not have a google account to create a blog. you can even use a yahoo id also. it is not a problem. There is one more website from which you can create your own website (Free). that is www.freewebs.com
