Sajith,
It is not error, this system is usually followed by Webmasters when providing any special reward like Member of Month, Member of Week, etc...
Future dates will be given as it will be visible for all members till that date, so that it acts as a notice board of special Cash Rewards given in ISC for members time to time.

Ramkumar is right. It is a shortcut used by us to stick some spceial rewards on top of the list.

Dear Tony ,
Can you add a Tag options in the job listing post, so that we can easily add tag's to the job' which we post as well, it can help ful for our isc as well
