Change of climate all over the world: Latest proof from Sydney and Sahara

Global warming has been assuming dangerous proportion. The change in climatic conditions all over the world bears testimony. When most of the parts of the world (particularly Canada) are witnessing heavy cold, Sydney in Australia (in Southern Hemisphere) has recorded highest temperature since 1939.

Not only Sydney, Sahara desert is also bearing the brunt of change in climatic conditions. Snow is not a common sight in the deserts. But this year, there is a massive blanket of snow in Sahara, the largest hot sesert of the world. This is only the third time in 40 years Sahara desert is witnessing ice crystals on its sand.

It has also been reported that this winter, the temparature of Ottawa (capital of Canada) is much less than the average temparature of the Antarctica.

I feel that in another twenty years or so, the people all over the world will witness complete change of climatic conditions in every part of the world, thanks to global warming.

    Is Mr. Donald Trump listening?

It is true. The whole world is witnessing the effect of global warming. The summers are very hot and winters are very cold. Our body is getting exposed to extreme tropical condition and we will get conditioned much better and we can withstand extreme conditions. The condition will further deteriorate if the same trend continues for more. We should think about this issue seriously and should stop the acts which will further escalate the problem. Otherwise, this mother earth will also become unuseful for the human beings.
Recently somewhere I have seen a news item in which it was stated that global warming is not a serious issue. But I have not read the complete article. I am not able to understand the matter correctly.

There was a saying that when the world is going to end, strange things happen beyond the imagination of mankind and even animals would start talking like us and human beings shall kill one another for their very survival. Today morning I was astonished to see the blanket of snow fall in the Sahara region of desert which considered to be high temperature zone on the earth. With these happenings , the days of our surviving in this earth is nearing as the mother earth wants to shrink and get rid of its responsibility sooner or later. That is called pralay kalam in Tamil. I am seeing such thing happening.

What does Trump have to do anything with?
The damage is done. Thinking that three centuries of damage can be repaired by one decade is absurd.
No country is so very efficient in eliminating pollution.

But snow in Sahara isn't that great of an issue if you look at Saharas past.
It is the youngest desert which was formed only 10000years ago.
It was a lovely evergreen equatorial rain forest.
But now? Due to a shift in earth's axis the temperatures have risen and Sahara turned into a desert.

Sahara saw too many changes. Snow in Sahara according to me is least impressive because in winter nights Sahara generally plunges from 8-10C.
This year Sahara also had a more than average rain.

The stronger a light shines the darker are the shadows around it.

Mr. Aditya Mohan: "What does Trump have to do anything with?''-I am quoting Donald Trump's latest tweet on 29th December, 2017 mocking the global warming:''In the East, it could be the COLDEST New Year's Eve on record. Perhaps we could use a little bit of that good old Global Warming that our Country, but not other countries, was going to pay TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS to protect against. Bundle up!''
    Caution: Explosive. Handle with care.

We have had many discussions and summits on global warming, greenhouse gases, ozone layer, carbon footprint etc but as mankind continues to develop at a relentless pace, we are outliving our own resources and leaving a huge impact on the environment. Extremes of weather and unusual climatic changes have been reported. We have extended droughts, late monsoons, shrinking water table, forest fires beyond expectations etc. In villages wells have long dried up, in many parts of India, lakes and rivers have become non-existent and people forget this until a sudden downpour brings to water logging up to the second floor in some places. I think, we are yet to see the worst, something along the lines of movies on climate change may become a reality. Hopefully the world would wake up in time and instead of fighting wars, they can focus on something that is dear to our survival.

As for Donald Trump's decision of withdrawing from Paris summit on the agreement of climatic change might have victimised him but he is not the only one or USA is not the only country that is polluting the Mother Earth. I agree his absurd decision on withdrawing from the treaty which sets a bundle of rules for different countries to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases. So instead of blaming Donald Trump or anyone else on this, think how much we as individuals are eco-friendly? There is saying 'Think locally and act globally'.

So before we point our fingers at someone else, we should be the first to bring the change. The change should come within self then expect from others. How many of us use AC's, refrigerators, diesel/petrol driven vehicles which emit all these greenhouse gases? Most of us right!! Everyone plays an equal role in protecting this mother earth, this vast ecosystem of which we are all a part of it.

    Thank You

Climate change is not due to global warming. It is due to the wobbling of the Earth. Earth spin axis is drifting 20 to 60 inches in every 6 to 14 years. Movement of sea water is responsible for this wobble. This drifting is happening in both directions. This is the reason we are facing the extreme climatic conditions.

The more humans tamper with nature the more the human race is going to suffer. Unfortunately for the fault of humans other innocent living thins on this Earth also have to suffer.
    Deliberately causing self destruction.

Now, for the case of US position, they always blame the other countries for anything and everything. They are so vocal and able to give such publicity with money and planted, biased journalists and media that they simply get away with it. Though every other nation knows that it is US behind all these problems, no on dares(rather dared) to question that.
Irritatingly to US, now China has started daring US.
US always conducts their war on some others territory. They sell planes, bombs and all type of armaments that spit fire and suffocating waste gas on other countries atmosphere. But US blames other countries for the pollution and warming. They export automobiles that cause fuel consumption and global warming, but they blame other countries for that.
With India they found the global warming due to cow dung. US is at its best always to find fake reason for anything ,absolving themselves of course, and making it stick as if a perennial truth by their biased journalists and media.

People have a tendency to blame US and its allies for all the problems facing the world today. Here, real problem is exponential growth of population. We are not able to control the population due to differing cultural, religious and political aspects. Each person has an ecological footprint. People in the highly populated third world countries want the life style of first world countries. For that we need more resources. This is affecting heavily on the environment. Over utilization of resources and throwing tons and tons of pollutants into the atmosphere made many places inhospitable. Population will keep on increasing. Anything we do for reducing the population is waste of time, which means at any point of time population reduction, will be forced on us by diseases, famine or war or something like that.
Science say Globe is warming since 1700's.If human beings are causing it, is to be debated. There is no scientific data through the application of scientific method that proves humans have anything to do with it.

    Members,
Why waste our time in discussing the things that will not happen and may not affect us in the near future. If at all there is a global warming, you and me will not be there to see the effect to get affected. To see that effect, we will have to live beyond many centuries which is not possible for us.

It is true that there is a climatic change, but not for us to suffer.

    No life without Sun
