Is there a problem with regard to AE section?

I try to answer most of the questions in Ask Experts section. Lately, I am seeing many questions asked twice and it is puzzling for me to see that same question (not even a single word is changed) is asked by two different authors.

    1. http://www.indiastudychannel.com/experts/44319-Investment-advice-required.aspx
    2. http://www.indiastudychannel.com/experts/44317-Planning-to-invest-in-another-sip.aspx

The above questions are exactly same but different authors. Similarly

    1. http://www.indiastudychannel.com/experts/44310-How-much-minimum-sleep-is-required-for-human-beings.aspx
    2. http://www.indiastudychannel.com/experts/44309-How-much-minimum-sleep-is-required-for-human-beings.aspx

The above two questions are by the same author

How is this possible? Is the editor/moderator having technical difficulties? This issue has happened previously for our member Mr. KVRR where his question was asked twice and even when I have answered to only one out of two questions, my answer was deleted stating that I have answered twice. No, I haven't. You can check that question here:

I guess editors and admins need a serious look into this and resolve this as soon as possible.

    Dr. V. Shashikanth,

Thanks for reporting this. We will check it out and inform the Webmasters too.

The issue would be duplicate submissions by the persons asking the question and multiple editors approving the same without each others knowledge,

If you notice the question about minimum sleep time, the first one shows the date show 24 Jan 2018 17:36, the second one also shows the same date and time from the same author. I have replied for one, the other I have typed in caps as duplicate.

Yes. There are some duplicate posts. We don't know whether they are duplicate submissions by the author or there is any problem in the system. Regarding the question of KVRR, the lead Editor already given a very detailed answer and restored the question again without any problem and that issue is over.
Sometimes it happens. The same question will appear two times. the Editor in charge of that section will take care of that problem and he will resolve it I hope. Anyhow now it has come to the notice of ME. The necessary action will be initiated.

I guess the problem still persists. I understand that all moderators/admins are busy with their daily lives. This is a gentle reminder to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible to ensure the quality of ISC itself. Duplicate content such as the present problem will always have a negative impact on sight ranking. Hope you fix the issue soon.

    Thank You.

    Thank You

The point is being looked into as told by the ME at #624405 and will be sorted out at the earliest. Deleting a duplicate post does not require much time but the points raised by you need some deeper checks and hence the delay. The matter will be cleared at the earliest.

Our editors do become busy with their personal engagements at times, but our endeavor always is to clear any backlog that may affect the site adversely; please do bear with us.

An update on this - the duplicate query was posted by the same member & accordingly one has been deleted. In the other case, one query was shifted from the forum to the AE section. It is not clear why the same content, though, appears in the name of two different persons. The Webmasters were informed, but the reason for it has not yet been found.
