My brothers name is chandu and he is working in Satyam Computers and
his problem is he has effected diabetic and he wants to solve that problem but
he is mentally very poor, i want to know how he is solve his problem? Is there any solution?

you consult a doctor if needed also consult psychologist they will give solutions to your brothers problems
