Roger Federer becomes the oldest person to become the World No.1 in Tennis.
Roger Federer regained the World No.1 spot in Tennis by beating Robin Haase on Friday last in the Rotterdam Open Tennis Tournament. He became the oldest player to become World No.1 at the age of 36 years and 195 days. Previously, Andre Agassi was holding the record at the age of 33 years and 131 days. Roger Federer lost the spot in October 2012. It is a great performance by Federer to regain the Number One spot after such a long gap. The game of Federer seems more invincible now than it was previously. His game is improving with age. No one expected him to make a comeback after the knee surgery. It is his fitness and determination which brought him back to where he is now. It looks like he is going to keep this form for some more time to come. He proved that age is not a factor when one is determined.
