Do you think Vijay Maalya and Nirav Modi will be brought back to India before BJP govt. tenure ends?

Vijay Maalya and Nirav Modi are two great fraudsters who looted Indian banks and flood away to foreign countries. Once the scams came out in media there is lot of commotion in government and public. BJP ministers announced they will bring back the culprits very soon. But till now we have seen anything happened. Government got cooled down and stop talking anything about it. Now public and media only talking about it. When media asks ministers saying we trying by all means to bringing them back. Do you hope atleast by end of BJP govt. tenure will they bring back these two fraudsters to India?

Behind the scenes, hectic activities are going on to bring back Mallaya and Nirav to India. If government is not revealing anything to media it does not mean that the matter has been put to back burner and government seized of the issue. India has been having good relations with all the countries where these culprits are supposed to be hiding and the proper legal process are being initiated to bring back here and award sentence. One thing is sure, Indian laws are great and Indian Judiciary is bold enough to award biggest sentence to such fraudsters. Only it is the matter of days and take my word.

It is really a pity that Govt is facing a lot of procedural and international law hurdles in bringing back these frauds and miscreants to book for their crimes.

It is not a question of BJP Govt or any other party in power but it is the problem of coordination between the Govts involved in their deportation.

Every ruling party will like to bring them back as soon as possible and a failure on this account will create hue and cry from opposition parties and the public.

    Knowledge is power.

I feel they will do it. There are many laws which will be stumbling blocks for bringing them back to India. The Indian government will definitely try sincerely to bring them back to India. We need not doubt the real intentions of the present government in these issues. A lot of work is required to make the way to bring them back for which the actions required may be in progress, I think. But always the end result can't be predicted that too in a country where the corruption is imbibed in the system itself. We should appreciate at least we are able to locate these two guys and know their whereabouts.

UPA government never in the past initiated dialogues or procedures to bring bad characters to India and they could have brought LTTE Prabhakaran and they failed.

Sometimes the things are not as easy as it seems to be. Specially for the current subject, the things are not in a way to make us in doing any perfect predictions. Terms & conditions are to be matched for both the countries wherein the government of any of these countries would like their way to work. When the boundaries differ, the rules & the regulations also differ so anything has to be taken place diplomatically which the current government is doing.

As per the intentions of the current government, it is clear that they are not in any doubt & ready to take the steps in order to bring them back. So far the effort is good that the officials of both the countries are working as per their procedure & as per the law of the la nd.

I do not think that it would happen in future. It is not possible for India to bring back these two persons again.

The countries in which these two people are supposed to be hiding cannot keep them as guest, as there are every chance the country banks would be cheated by them in future. So they have the compulsion to deport.

Let us be very clear and risk on this matter.

Political rhetoric apart, all political parties irrespective whether they are ruing party of opposition need business men for funds. It is not the ten rupee or hundred rupees or five hundred rupees we ordinary people donate to the parties willingly under some compulsion that they sustain on. On the other side it is very difficult for an honest and straightforward business man/business house to give away millions to parties. So the parties as well as the big business houses/big business men enter into some unwritten, mutually understandable and binding quid pro-quo understanding, mutual help. Each side leans on the other for stand and support.

So either side cannot ditch the other openly at anytime.

But to show the people, parties make all kinds of noises. when they sense the people are agitated, They also are sure that public memory is short and it will fade away soon.
So to believe that Nirav, Mallya or any similar absconders would be brought back to the country is just a dream. Even if the present BJP govt goes and any other party comes, the status will be same.

In addition, the media and inimical parties ,for their own interests, have painted our justice system and political system wrongly. They have also painted wrong about the human rights situation in India. That simply helps the absconding defaulters to plead for leniency in foreign countries.( A major section of media also are sponsored by or thrive on the help of business houses only)

Unless some 'understanding' for leniency and accommodation is worked between the government(ruling party) and the absconding defaulters I do not see any chance of them returning to India in any near future. We will be supplied with some other sensational matter by the media when elections will be near.
