Hi Sra, Your quote is excellent. May be nowadays in the busy life the facte of software engineers is this. Nomally people will see the salary of a software engineer but the efforts they have to put in nobody will bother. I think what you said is absolutely correct.

Yes Subba raju,
People now a days especially in Software Industry are working like machines to complete their targets .. but the other people who are not to IT field will always think that Software guys are earning more than any other .. but the stress and strain we take in this field no body cares .. people when can think about the salary they shld even think about the stress and strain .. now a days in central govt jobs too they are getting good pay .. for them only the pay increased not the work .. where in Software field the more the pay is the more the work is :))

That was good. But I would like to add to it:
Dwight Eisenhower: Every gun that is made, every warship launched, every rocket fired signifies in the final sense, a theft from those who hunger and are not fed, those who are cold and are not clothed. This world in arms is not spending money alone. It is spending the sweat of its laborers, the genius of its scientists, the hopes of its children. This is not a way of life at all in any true sense. Under the clouds of war, it is humanity hanging on a cross of iron.
Eleanor Roosevelt: When will our consciences grow so tender that we will act to prevent human misery rather than avenge it?
Franklin Delano Roosevelt: I have seen war. I have seen war on land and sea. I have seen blood running from the wounded. I have seen the dead in the mud. I have seen cities destroyed. I have seen children starving. I have seen the agony of mothers and wives. I hate war.
General Douglas MacArthur: I know war as few other men now living know it, and nothing to me is more revolting. I have long advocated its complete abolition, as its very destructiveness on both friend and foe has rendered it useless as a method of settling international disputes.
George Bernard Shaw: Peace is not only better than war, but infinitely more arduous.
George W. Bush: No, I know all the war rhetoric, but it's all aimed at achieving peace.
George W. Bush: I've been to war. I've raised twins. If I had a choice, I'd rather go to war.
George Washington: There is nothing so likely to produce peace as to be well prepared to meet the enemy.
George Washington: I do not mean to exclude altogether the idea of patriotism. I know it exists, and I know it has done much in the present contest. But I will venture to assert, that a great and lasting war can never be supported on this principle alone. It must be aided by a prospect of interest, or some reward.

"If a drop of water falls in lake there is no identity. But if it falls on a leaf of lotus it shines like a pearl. So choose the best place where you would shine.."

To believe in something in which every one believes is belief, But to believe in some thing in which nobody believes is confidence..
