    An open letter to nature!

As Humans almost have solution to every problem as we say in Telugu 'Satha koti dharidraluku anantha koti vupayalu' If we translate this in English 'For hundred thousands of problems we have the whole world crores of solutions' but we don't have the solution when you got angry(Nature roars) often we called it as natural calamity. Humans made this world beautiful with a lot of efforts and dedication but when you got angry or roars our lives became miserable and all our human efforts will become vain and marred. We always treat Nature as our mother. So mother will not treat their sons as with such anger even how many mistakes or sins of her son did. Without your cooperation, it is not possible to build this beautiful world so I request you to please keep your anger inside and show more patience.

You have confused us with the mother nature and the nature of human being and the anger. Anger is a quality of a human being, and one among the nine characters(Navras) of a person.. The world so far has been built with anger. Patience always doesn't work. An angry boss is an effective task master than a boss with patience who will be considered weak and inefficient.

Are we protecting the Nature?" Nature is having the habit of forgiving the people. That is why they say one should be like nature in forgiveness. But the acts we are performing are irritating such Nature also. We are really spoiling the beauty of nature but we say we are making it more beautiful.
We are cutting trees. Closing the ponds. Wasting the water. Leaving all dangerous gases into the atmosphere. We are taking all the advantages from nature and we are spoiling the earth. So much of the pollution we are creating. So I am not able to accept the statement of the author " Humans made this world beautiful with a lot of efforts and dedication ".
Keep the environment clean and never abuse the nature. Don't spoil the land. Then nature will never roar on you with angry. Even for the patience of Nature the will be a limit. I think we are crossing these limits. That is the reason for all these natural calamities.

The author made a very passionate appeal citing a very good saying in Telugu and we are all indebted to keep the mother nature in good humor and clean , so that she gets into the mode or real mother and showering us with emotional love and bonding. The way the rains and aftermath floods are being seen in Kerala, Karnataka and many parts of North India, proves that human habitat has snatched the very living mother nature in harmony and thus the fury has been started to tame the people who have erred. Hope this is also lesson to government and take actions to rectify the mistakes.

A nice way to address the natural calamities and praying to mother nature for stopping these outbursts of anger time to time.

In fact we are living on a planet where a lot of natural phenomenon are taking place and there are cycles of storms, rains, earthquakes, hurricanes and floods in different places and they create havoc and damage to property and people.

So this is an inevitable predicament and we can not do anything for these gigantic natural calamities.

    Knowledge is power.

    Mohan,
You have said "The way the rains and aftermath floods are being seen in Kerala, Karnataka and many parts of North India, proves that human habitat has snatched the very living mother nature in harmony and thus the fury has been started to tame the people who have erred."

Now , Kerala is facing heavy rain fall. Is it due to the erring human being? Can you explain it please?

If the nature reads the letter of the author, I do not know what will be the exact reply, but one thing is very sure and that is nature will definitely blame us for the mess we created. The weather of the whole world has changed its patterns and we can see the results in different ways. The increased heat, untimely rain, different cyclonic conditions and so on are the real cause of worry and it is taking place so frequently because of the increased pollution level.

We behaved ruthlessly with the nature by chopping off trees, filling up the water bodies, throwing waste here and there, emitting hazardous gas/chemicals in the environment . The list is endless. Many projects are taken up with scant regard to the environment and now it is the turn of the nature. The eyes of the nature are burning because of the toxins everywhere and we are not sure whether she will be able to read this letter immediately, if she can, she will surely protect us with all her might.
