A Small bug in Opinion Polls Section

Dear Webmaster

There is a small bug in the Polls section of ISC. When you click on any poll out of the list of polls given 'Without Siginig In', the message states "You must Sign In before you can view poll & results". But, the poll is already displayed with this message and also 'Show Results' button is enabled. That means, you can view the poll and the results without signing in. In that case this message "You must Sign In before you can view poll & results" becomes obselete. This is a very small bug but just came into my view so thought of reporting it.
