Unfortunatly sajithkumar the editors can move to other posts only after reviewing to the ones that have been posted recently .The person's post was submitted after yours hence it came up first while yours went down .Please be patient the editors will review your post as soon as possible

I am very sure that both you and "sac" are copied that Article from some other websites. When you posted that Article our Editor may saw that immediately and they may reject that. But in the case of sac they may not seen that. We can assure that soon they will see that Article and they will Reject.

That is not the point. My post was rejected and I had sent it long back. But the same post was approved today. That is why I am asking why this issue.

I think this might have happened as your post might have been edited by some other editor who found it as inappropriate but the recent post must have been found as appropriate by the other editor. Hence his post might have got approved.
