I guess you can wait for four or five days more, and in case the approval is still not forthcoming, you may take up the matter with the webmaster of IndiaStudyChannel.
For all we know, there may be procedures to be followed before approval is accorded.

As per the procedure of AdSense, it will take one week to 15 days to approve your registration. Please have patience for another one week.
Regarding other terms and conditions, please read policies and procedures thoroughly.
