Hi Pervez,
1) You need to have gmail account.
2) If you dont have then create one.
3) Go to knol.google.com
4) Login into account.. Write knol.
5) Click on then you will see a screen which will User friendly and you follow the instructions.

Pervez,
You knol will not be approved as it is direct copied content from the home website. In order to get you site, first please go through the instruction.

I have verified your knol and see that you have not provided any direct link to ISC. This one perfect reason to get you knol disapproved. 2) Do not copy exact content and copy and paste in knol. Your self will see that it not in correct formatting.
