Hi Mohammad Noor,
Approving links takes about 7-10 days. So, all you have to do is wait. You can check the approval of your link by checking the colour. If it's blue, it's approved, red then deleted and black when pending. But if you have submitted it two or three days back, then please wait for a few more days.
