ISC is one of the educational website and I would like to be a part of the ISC team. I unfortunately happened to enter into this and now really feel honored to be associated with this. This site provides various essential information to education which really helps people in need of such informations.
I would like to share a few experiences of mine in this site.
1) How did I come to know about ISC.
My experience with ISC was very interesting. I got to know about ISC from one of my colleague cum friend Jyothi who was actually searching for few question papers and got to learn more on this.
2) My experience with ISC.
Going through the site in detail she was inspired to join ISC and made me also join. I carefully went through the postings of the various members in ISC and other sections of ISC like colleges, projects, jobs and interview and other which were really interesting. The posting of the other members was a real guide for me to post more ad more such interesting topics of discussion. I actively participated in the in many of the open discussions to knowledgable topics which also provided me with more information which I was not aware of earlier.
3) What did I expect.
There is nothing that I expected from ISC. Initially I was not sure that ISC would provide revenue for its members but somehow some of the interesting discussion topics made me continue with ISC. The announcement of being a member of the week brought me more enthusiasm to have good repute in this site. Unfortunate I was fully not sure on any revenue until I got my first cheque from Google. It also added to my pleasure when I also got cheque from ISC too.
But I will fail in my duty if I don’t mention on the various things I learnt from ISC. I was actually not aware of any blog preparations or any sort of yahoo answer posting. The blog preparation gave me an idea and the methodology and more over the active support and suggestions of the webmaster made me really mould on my reporting and presentation skills. Iam thanks for this.
4) Did ISC meet my expectation.
There were good support from ISC to its members in encouraging them to post yahoo answers, blog preparations etc. all that we need from ISC is good support, encouragement which we successfully received and it has met our expectations. Yes there are some criticism which I would explain in my next paragraph.
5) Any criticism about ISC?
Yes there are some criticism about ISC which I have to mention. One of the most interesting session in ISC is project session which I like the most. I had posted several projects which were initially approved but later I noticed that most of the projects of about 10 to 11 were deleted. I could find this from the reduction in my marks. After taking this into the consideration of the webmaster 2 or 3 of my projects were approved but the time and energy spent on posting so many articles all went in vain!
I humbly request ISC team to take not that no postings are approved until it is seen and taken into consideration. Once it is approved, please see to it that there are no reduction in marks.
At last I would like to share one thing that I was an active member at the initial stage but due to change in my job profile I am unable to concentrate more towards ISC but anyway my contribution in ISC will always continue to be more in terms of quality although ot more in quantity.
