once your account is approved, then you are ready for inserting the adsense code in your blog or in your website, like ISC,
Based on your PI and CTR your adsense will be earning money for you,

Hi Sugandha,
First you create an account with google adsense account. You go on posting resources, response to the resources. Post questions in forum and reply for the questions already exist in forum. You can even post question papers. You can post any aptitude questions, english etc. You can earn adsense revenue all these things.
