In ISC most of ads are indian advertisers.

I have provided you with the sites with keywords which our site mainly concentrates on, ie, i have included all educational oriented keywords, which our site focus on, If your contributions in the site are only apart from those, like Jokes, Movie reviews, You cant get your revenue increased by blocking these sites.
If you cant see any increase, then may be your pages may not contain ads from those sites, however blocking these sites and keeping your Account updated will act as a precautionary measure.

The earning you mentioned are which you earned on sunday, as ISC is as Educational site, i will usually get very low impressions and clicks, Im not sure about your case. But try for some more days, if this gives negative, you can remove those blocked sites at anytime.

Genious,
The usage of software which you mentioned is against Google Terms and Conditions, if google Crawler finds any such auto refresh softwares or clickbots in your webpages, Google will ban your account, once your google account got banned you cant get back your earnings.
Dont try to cheat Google, it has many algorithms to find fake publishers, once you caught with Google, all your hard work will get waste.

As the sites which i have mentioned are Made for ads and Low Cost per click websites, but they are optimised for ISC and IRC keywords.
There is nothing you gonna get with these ads in your pages, So its better to bloch these sites, atleast your earning from ISC may increase.

Try to post more resources, Fresher jobs and university question papers. These are the sections which drives good Adsense Revenue.
There is no relation between ISC points and Adsense earning, only your no.of postings matters.

Sidhart i can understand that you think that your earnings are low,but the point with adsense is that you should be bothered with the quantity and leave the quality.The more you post and the better you post,ur earnings per click will eventually increase because google lays stress on content while deciding the content.
So,take it easy and make sure you are getting a healthy number of impressions and clicks.
Adsense is a golden goose,but dont kill it..Play it slow

I added the list of sites in my google ad filter. Some shown in green and some shown in grey. There is note that only the green will be filtered, while those in grey will not. Then what is the benefit to add them in filter list if they can not be filtered.

Just read these contents above that box
"The Competitive Ad Filter enables you to block specific ads, such as competitors' ads, from appearing on your pages. Entering a more general URL will block a wider range of ads; entering a more specific URL will block a smaller range of ads. For example, by entering a top level domain such as "example.com", you'll also block all ads that link to any sub-directories of that domain, like "forums.example.com". Review the examples below to learn how you can create filters that will block only the range of ads you want."
They are just examples for how the domain names work with the competitive adfilter. Note all the urls are mentioned as example.com.
No need to worry about that all, you can block upto 200 sites, thatsy iam providing top 200 Made for ads sites to block.
