ya. mnc are reducing pays and employing more peoples..
even top mnc reduced their pay from last year lot factors..
market slow down.
more competition from global companies..
for example companies like tcs also reduced their pay .wt they given from last year...
i dont think it is wrong from companies point of view.
increase in inflation create huge problem before everyone.

Is it right or not for doing so action?
In my own opinion it is not right to desolve
those who were working early. But keep new comers
in lower payscale.
Every one must have the opportunity to earn and gain.
Each people should earn minimum Rs.15000 per month in our country.
