Hi Atul,
An AdSense account typically takes one to two weeks for approval. Please wait till then. Google takes so much time as they need to review the applicant's details and check the site to which they are going to associate the AdSense account with. Don't worry your approval might come by day after tomorrow. Till then, keep posting more and more resources.
