I Could not save my Opinion Poll

Today I tried to post some opinion polls, but when I save the poll it comes to the Home page. When I search the polls submitted I could not find.

Please help

The problem still exist at opinion poll. Though Jose mentioned that the problem has been fixed but still we are unable to create any poll.
