Hi rahul,
What you pointed is correct. But if the questions are related to particular topic then you can put all of the questions in bulk. But if the questions are about different topics then try to put them separate so that the people who can answer those topics can specifically answer them and also that would be looking clean and good.

if you will put question in bulk you will not get good response, and hence you will not get any revenue.
also,
you will get revenue when you will get clicks.
in adsense i am getting only page impressions.
