We are experiencing lot of issues with duplicate posts in many sections. Question paper and schools sections are flooded with 100s of duplicate or incomplete posts. This prevents our editors from using their time effectively to monitor various sections of ISC.
To prevent such problems, we are introducing various sections in ISC. As of now, the following are the restrictions:
1. If 5 or more of your posts are deleted in last 5 days, you will not be able to post additional posts until you pass the 5 deleted posts in 5 days timeframe.
2. You will not be able to post more than 10 posts per day in many sections.
The above restrictions are implemented in few sections where we find the problems most. However, if we find it is required, we will expand the restrictions to more sections as well.

The thread you mentioned talks about the restriction in resources section only. Now we are expanding this restriction to all other sections one byone.

restriction is necessary
according to me because there may problem
duplicate post ok but you should give attleast 20 post permition per day

Its never too late for good work, really at times it was very painful to see a lots of scraps in the important sections, some restrictions were badly needed, nice and bold step taken, keep it up.

Good decision. Because when a new member comes to this website and sees the same information more and more times, they will definitely feel that this is not a reliable website.
