Hi Preet,
The first thing I would like to tell you is that do not write anything in Capital letters or Uppercase. This creates confusion and causes strain to the eyes. Please take note of this immediately. Writing in Uppercase in equivalent to SHOUTING according to Net Etiquette.
Regarding approval of AdSense account, please check your e-mail id for the verification mail. If you still haven't received it yet, wait for another 4-5 days and then contact Google about it.

Generally Google Adsense team will take two weeks to review the application. You dont worry they will definitely respond to your application.
