Hi Ravikant,
The message is self explanatory in itself. However, let me explain it to you. Your AdSense application is under review. Only after approval, will you be able to start in this site. It normally takes 2 weeks for AdSense accounts to be approved by Google. But if it has taken a longer time, then Google is waiting for you to contribute more otherwise they will reject your application. Contribute resources as soon as possible to enable faster approval and approval in itself. Do this immediately.

My suggestion is dont wait for your adsense to approve, but start posting your resources and forums because if you go through Tony,s forum it clearly indicates that adsense review the activity of the applicant, its quality of posts before approval.

Check your bulk mail folder and see if there is any email from Google.
