hey buddy its gud to see that new members r taking interest in posting content at ISC n making it grow at a rapid rate...
n to answer ur question I wud suggest you to jst click on the link for ADD NEW COLLEGE at the bottom of the page n fill up the details regarding the college(like name,university affiliated to etc.)
n jst submit...I wonder why u r not able to get this...If u r facing problems jst try a few times n u'll get success coz I jst checked n thr is no problem the link is wrking fine
