Very much true.
Even in stock market there is a theory called wave theory.
If you observe the waves, there would be a crest( ups) and a trough ( downs).
Similarly even in stock and shares, once the value is high, it would be low one day.
And vice versa.
This is verymuch applicable to our lives also.

Dear Shanti M.
I don't know whether you agree to me or not, but I have following view. These laws seems to be true but it is more related to our pscycological state at that stage. For instance when we are in need of something we are paying deep attention to that thing so it seems that it is taking long time. When we are not need we pay casual attention and we feel that it is very fast. Some times luck plays a role.

Excellent thought. Its is almost true in our daily day to day life. Some rarely happens and some frequently happens in our life. But these sweet situations thats last long in our memories as clouds. in foreign universities they can make it as an subject and can even degree on it.
